Into Sustainable Businesses.
In partnership with Empire State Development and the Business Outreach Center Network, Poise NYC served as Program Architect and Lead Facilitator for the Bronx and Harlem Entrepreneurial Assistance Center (EAC). Through a comprehensive business development curriculum, mentorship, and hands-on coaching, we helped aspiring and existing entrepreneurs navigate every stage of the business journey, from ideation and validation to launch, growth, and operational readiness.
Over a six-month period, the program successfully supported more than 100 entrepreneurs while achieving strong enrollment growth and participant retention, creating a pathway for long-term business success across diverse industries and communities as well as contributing to the economic development in New York State.
